Previously, Danstoker had an outdated ERP solution that complicated processes and did not meet the company's requirements. But in collaboration with 9altitudes, a customised solution was developed that precisely matched their needs.
‘Since 9altitudes helped us, we have a digitised system that is much more up-to-date, with most of the flow running automatically,’ explains Kasper.
He adds: ‘One thing that 9altitudes has helped us a lot with in the project is to challenge our mindset on how we manage our processes and run our business.’
Through the project, many of Danstoker's processes have been affected - everything from project production to sales, warehousing, purchasing, finance, accounts payable workflow, time tracking for both hourly and salaried employees, and payroll system integration.
Despite the many changes in the company's processes, Danstoker has been able to maintain full production and invoicing from day one after the implementation of the new system.
